We are looking for a passionate Senior Learning Mentor to join our established Pastoral Team. This is an exciting new role in our school to strengthen our support for pupils and their families. The successful candidate will work with our Leadership team and lead Learning Mentors to provide provision across the school.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Passionate about making a difference and committed to our school values
  • Has experience in delivering high-quality pastoral support and interventions
  • Manages a team effectively
  • Has a firm understanding of effective safeguarding
  • Is already trained, or is willing to train as a DSL; ability to speak fluent and spoken English is an essential requirement
