We're looking for a talented and driven Sous Chef to join our growing team at The Elm Tree. This is an exciting opportunity for a chef who wants more than just a job. We're building a kitchen focused on quality ingredients, seasonal menus, honest cooking, and a strong team culture. You'll work closely with the Head Chef and management team to help drive standards, develop menus, mentor junior chefs, and play a key role in the continued growth of the business.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Supporting the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen
