At Ellis Group, we are continuing to grow our international business, and we're looking for an ambitious, experienced Recruitment Consultant specialising in Data & AI who is ready for their next challenge.

We are keen to connect with recruiters who have built a strong reputation in the Data & AI market, enjoy developing lasting client relationships, and want to be part of a business where they can genuinely make an impact.

We are based in Richmond upon Thames, London – just 8 minutes from Clapham Junction by train.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant who brings a combination of Data & AI market knowledge, commercial drive, and a genuine passion for recruitment.

Ideally, you will have:

• 2+ years' experience in contract or permanent recruitment, with a proven track record of success.
• Experience recruiting within Data & AI, including areas such as Data Engineering, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Analytics, or closely related technology markets.
• Strong business development skills and the confidence to build, grow, and maintain long-term client relationships.
• A consultative approach, with a real focus on understanding your clients, candidates, and specialist market.
• The ambition to take ownership of your desk, develop new opportunities, and contribute to the continued growth of our Data & AI recruitment business.
