- Design, configure, enhance and support SAP HCM solutions across a large enterprise SAP landscape.
- Work within the SAP HCM and Payroll team to deliver projects and resolve live service issues in a multi-supplier environment.
- Produce high-quality documentation including Functional Specifications, Solution Designs and WRICEF artefacts.
- Engage with client stakeholders to investigate requirements, provide solutions and ensure service commitments are met.
- Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams, providing accurate estimates and contributing to successful project delivery.
Skills Required
- Strong SAP HCM functional expertise including Personnel Administration, Organisational Management, Time Management, Payroll and Employee Self-Service.
- Experience supporting and enhancing SAP HCM solutions within complex enterprise environments.
- Knowledge of SuccessFactors and SAP's modern technology roadmap including S/4HANA, BTP and Cloud solutions.
- Broader SAP technical awareness across Workflow, ABAP, Security, Integration, BASIS, Portals and UI5.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills with experience in project delivery and application support.
