KS1 Teacher

Due to increasing pupil numbers across Key Stage 1, we are excited to offer an opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic teacher to join our team. Initially, the successful candidate will work flexibly across our existing three KS1 classes, teaching groups of children to provide targeted support and accelerate progress. As our numbers continue to grow, there is the potential for this role to develop into leading a fourth KS1 class. Due to the nature of the role and the experience required, this post is not suitable for ECTs.
We are looking for a teacher with a strong working knowledge of Little Wandle Phonics, who is flexible, highly organised and able to work collaboratively as part of our KS1 team. You will be a strong communicator who builds positive relationships with children, colleagues and families, and who is committed to ensuring that every child is supported to achieve their very best. Above all, we are looking for someone who shares our ambition for our children and will bring energy, enthusiasm and a positive approach to this exciting opportunity.
