The Elland Academy in Leeds is seeking a Personal Learning Advocate to join us on a full-time, permanent basis. You will liaise with the home academy, family/carer, and the AP Free School to support assessment and integration of learners with outreach and in-reach.
Under the supervision of teaching and learning staff and the SENCO, you will enable children and young people to access learning and therapeutic support, provide extra help during challenging times, and support families during school
