About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Data Manager to take a lead role in the collection, analysis, and management of data across the academy. You will work closely with senior and middle leaders to provide accurate and timely data that supports school improvement and student achievement.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing all aspects of data and assessment systems.
- Producing data reports and performance analysis to inform strategic planning and interventions.
- Supporting the schoolβs census returns, examination entries, and results processes.
- Providing training and support to staff on the use of data systems and interpretation of data.
- Ensuring data protection and GDPR compliance in all aspects of your work.
Our Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Strong analytical and data-handling skills, with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent IT skills, particularly Excel, and confidence in presenting data clearly and meaningfully
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both teaching and support staff
- A proactive, solutions-focused attitude and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Previous experience in a school is not essential.
