In this role, you’ll be the day‑to‑day point of contact for recruitment delivery, ensuring our candidate experience team is set up for success. You’ll manage both the client and candidate experience, making data‑driven decisions and offering strategic direction.
Responsibilities
- Manage and support the delivery of high‑volume Early Talent Recruitment Campaigns alongside the Head of Early Talent Recruitment, covering all pipeline management areas: application screening, online test and interview management, assessment centre facilitation and offer management.
- Maintain day‑to‑day relationships with internal and external project stakeholders, driving the project forward and taking ownership of outcomes.
- Coordinate and lead internal teams to meet key project deadlines for attraction, selection, assessment design, DE&I, hiring targets and project timescales with support from the Head of Recruitment.
- Ensure all campaigns are data‑driven – create and present data dashboards to steer overall strategy.
- Work alongside the Candidate Experience team, upskilling them and keeping them engaged throughout the journey.
- Collaborate with clients to design bespoke and inclusive assessments aligned with their culture and values.
Qualifications
- At least two years of end‑to‑end recruitment experience in an in‑house or RPO/on‑site/agency environment.
- Experience managing large, high‑volume campaigns with proven results.
- Strong understanding of DE&I and experience advocating for it.
- Proficiency in an ATS and data reporting.
- Deep knowledge of the Early Talent market, particularly in recruitment.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to provide campaign wrap‑up analysis.
- Intermediate Excel skills for analysing campaign data and creating visualisations.
- Exceptional communication skills – internally and externally.
