The team is a collective of product operations, design and developers. We work as a united team using agile methodology, with designers and developers collaborating to create the best website product for our clients.
As a Senior Product Manager, you will manage client projects from kick‑off through delivery, owning the end‑to‑end design and development lifecycle. This is a hands‑on role where you actively contribute to discovery, prioritisation and delivery, while also providing leadership and direction to cross‑functional teams.
You will act as the primary product point of contact for key accounts and clients, ensuring clear communication, stakeholder relationships, and consistent reporting on progress, risks and outcomes. You’ll be accountable for aligning client objectives with product strategy, delivering timelines and quality standards.
Alongside delivery, you will take on people and delivery leadership responsibilities, guiding and mentoring product team members, setting clear expectations, supporting performance and development, and ensuring effective collaboration.

- Understand each client’s business goals and align product solutions accordingly.
- Brief design and development teams on requirements, ensuring client needs are distilled into actionable work.
- Attend weekly client sessions throughout the project’s delivery.
Your day‑to‑day
- Lead the review and delivery of UX/UI audits, providing clear, actionable feedback and recommendations.
- Brief and support the design team, ensuring project goals, user needs and success metrics are reflected across deliverables.
- Review design work and translate requirements into decks for client sessions.
- Own delivery rituals, building and maintaining Jira tickets, sprint planning, backlog refinement and facilitating retrospectives.
- Take ownership of complex or high‑risk client situations, leading challenging conversations around scope, timelines, delivery risks or stakeholder alignment.
- Support new business efforts by contributing to pitch preparation, shaping product and creative approaches and embedding delivery thinking to secure new wins.
Who you are
- A strong communicator who builds relationships with ease.
- A natural people manager, driving high performance and developing those around them.
- Empathetic, curious, and genuinely invested in customer success.
- Proactive, organised and able to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
