As part of our Early Talent function, our recruitment team works to make sure our clients bring the best, and most appropriate, early careers talent into the business – with candidate experience at the core. We have shaped recruitment processes and assessment psychology for clients like Worldpay, Evercore, HaysMac and Danone. Our understanding of what makes a best-in-class early careers recruitment process is bolstered by our Early Talent Attraction and Development teams, as we connect all the pillars an Early Talent Strategy needs.
In this role, you’ll be the main point of contact for all of our candidates, ensuring they have a fantastic recruitment experience. You’ll support the delivery of our end‑to‑end recruitment processes, including assessment centre facilitation and offer management communications.
What will you spend your time doing?
- A friendly face, you will conduct CV screening, telephone and video interviews and effectively score candidates based on matrices provided.
- You will be responsible for the running and management of client mailbox(es), taking ownership of communications with all candidates throughout the recruitment campaign.
- Always one step ahead, you’ll utilise LinkedIn as a platform for advertising any of our roles, as well as University careers sites and partnerships, you may even delve into headhunting candidates where appropriate.
- You’re on the ball. You’ll utilise our Applicant Tracking System to effectively move candidates through the application process.
- A trusted authority, you will become an expert in all aspects of the candidate’s journey to provide accurate information to them throughout their experience.
- Confident and client‑focused. You’ll play an active role in client kick‑offs, wrap‑ups and regular touchpoints, bringing data‑led insights and updates to the table.
- An organisational whizz, you’ll support on preparation and execution of assessment days.
- You’ll be hands on, want to learn and always looking to level up how we deliver.
