Responsibilities

  • Develop creative outputs across our largest account: a US based media, telecoms and entertainment business working directly with our CCO.
  • Lead creative ideation, crafting concepts spanning social, campaigns, films and copy.
  • Create topical content that taps into global events, working quickly to stay ahead of cultural moments and trends.
  • Interpret and honour existing brand guidelines, evolving our client’s corporate and employer brand through creative thinking and delivering projects that set a new standard.
  • Serve as the creative voice in discussions, advocating for smart and brave work that drives measurable results.
  • Translate campaign results and social engagement data into best‑practice insights that inform future projects.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in a creative role in‑house or within an agency.
  • Experience working on a US‑based account.
  • Strong ideation and copywriting skills.
  • Ability to convey big ideas simply and showcase concepts end‑to‑end.
  • Understanding of brand building from insights through to measurement.
  • Interest in human behaviour and what motivates people.
  • Flexibility to work outside conventional hours as required.
