About Our Ambassador Programmes: Our student ambassador network is designed to help brands build authentic, on-the-ground connections with early talent. We work with students already engaged in a brand’s early talent pipeline, such as returning interns, and those newly introduced to the organisation. We equip them to represent the brand with credibility and confidence.

As an Academy Associate, your primary responsibility is to support the team in ensuring the smooth running of our ambassador programmes. This role delivers high-impact programmes that connect brands with early talent in an authentic, meaningful way. You’ll support core operations that keep programmes running smoothly – from recruiting standout ambassadors to maintaining strong day-to-day delivery.

You’ll manage ambassador communications across multiple channels, ensuring updates, deadlines, and key moments are delivered clearly and consistently. You’ll track ambassador activity and process monthly payments, ensuring any issues or queries are handled promptly and efficiently. You’ll support the creation of engaging content and key touchpoints across the Academy experience.

What are we looking for?

• Someone who’s excited by the opportunity to support our ambassador programmes, continuously improving how we deliver for both ambassadors and brands.
• Confidence working with data and tools like Google Sheets and Slides, with the ability to translate numbers into clear, actionable insights.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone across different audiences.
• Experience in community management, customer support, or similar environments.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail, able to manage multiple programmes and priorities at once.
• A proactive, solution-focused mindset, always looking for ways to improve and bring new ideas to the table.
• Someone who enjoys building relationships and creating positive experiences.
