As a Picker & Packer, you will be responsible for accurately selecting and packing products according to order specifications. You will be working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where efficiency, reliability, and precision are critical.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders with accuracy and speed.
- Operate handheld scanners and follow digital picking instructions.
- Check products for quality, quantity, and condition.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Ensure packaging is secure and meets shipment requirements.
- Work collaboratively with warehouse supervisors and team members to meet daily targets.
- Follow company policies and health & safety standards at all times.
- Participate in basic inventory checks and stock management.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Basic proficiency in English (spoken and written).
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Good physical stamina – able to lift, bend, stand, and walk for long periods.
- Basic understanding of warehouse safety and procedures.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and evenings.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
Experience
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or fulfillment center is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Full training will be provided for candidates without prior experience.
Working Hours
- Full-Time: 40–48 hours per week.
- Shift Patterns: Day shifts, evening shifts, weekend rotations available.
- Overtime available during peak periods (paid additionally).
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with scanning devices or warehouse management systems is a plus.
- Strong work ethic and a sense of responsibility.
- Good communication and time-management skills.
- Ability to follow safety instructions and operational guidelines consistently.
