Job Summary
The Elite Job is seeking a detail-oriented, organised, and motivated Mortgage Administrator – Application Document Coordination to support the mortgage application process by managing documentation, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating information between applicants, mortgage advisers, lenders, and other relevant stakeholders.
The successful candidate will play an important role in ensuring that mortgage applications are complete, accurate, and ready for review. This position involves collecting and verifying application documents, monitoring outstanding paperwork, updating internal systems, and following up with applicants and relevant parties to help applications progress efficiently through each stage of the administrative process.
The ideal candidate should have strong organisational skills, excellent written communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple applications simultaneously. A professional approach to handling confidential financial information is essential, as the role requires discretion, accuracy, and compliance with applicable data protection procedures.
This opportunity is suitable for candidates interested in building a career in mortgage administration, banking operations, financial services, or general administrative support. Applicants with relevant experience are welcome, while entry-level candidates with strong administrative abilities and a willingness to learn may also be considered.

- Deadline Management: Track application milestones and outstanding documentation deadlines, prioritising urgent tasks to help minimise administrative delays.
- Quality Control: Review documents for legibility, consistency, and completeness before forwarding them to the appropriate adviser or processing team.
- Confidentiality and Data Protection: Handle personal and financial information responsibly and follow relevant privacy, information security, and document retention policies.
- Internal Team Support: Work closely with mortgage advisers, underwriting support teams, customer service representatives, and administrative colleagues to resolve documentation-related issues.
