The Electronics Group are recruiting for a Sales Manager (UK & Ireland) on behalf of market leading manufacturer of electronics manufacturing equipment. Our client, despite being well established in the market, is looking to continue their growth over the last 12 months. The market in which our client operates is buoyant and are they're looking to capitalise on that. We are looking to speak with high-performing sales professionals, whether junior or senior, looking for their next challenge. Our client is part of a larger organisation which is growing globally and has an annual turnover of £440m. This business places a high emphasis on being proactive and having a customer-centric approach and providing a consultative sales service. Our client is based in Dorset but due to the hybrid nature of the role, and the requirement to travel throughout the UK, Ireland and occasionally overseas (for training and sales meetings), candidates living in the Midlands or South of the UK are encouraged to apply. Role Description UK & Ireland Sales Manager Hybrid role Responsible for day-to-day sales activities, driving revenue growth, building relationships with new and existing clients, developing sales strategiesRole Responsibilities Develop a pipeline of consistent sales Account planning Business development activity (telephone, email, roadshows, client meetings) Customer demos of equipment Nurturing of the full sales cycleDesirable Skills Experience of sales within the electronics industry, or selling capital equipment/ industrial products Able to work autonomously Great communication, presentation and interpersonal skills Highly motivated and tenaciousWhat they offer £55,000 – £70,000 basic salary Car allowance or company car Commission and bonus scheme HealthcareThe Electronics Group is recruiting this position on behalf of our client.
