We provide businesses of all shapes and sizes with training, recruitment and manufacturing consultancy solutions.
Due to our expansion, we are seeking a Sales Executive to join the business to, in conjunction with the General Manager and existing sales and marketing team, grow the company’s reputation and presence in Aberdeen and throughout Scotland.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the main point of contact for customer enquiries and bookings
- Consult with clients to provide the best solution to their needs
- Manage the full booking process
- Ensure complete accuracy with quotes, bookings and invoicing
- Business development activity including calls, emails and site visits
- Attend sales events and roadshows
- Work with the General Manager to grow the business
- Become an expert in our products and become the go-to person for internal and external queries
- General administrative and office-based tasks
- Experience in sales and/or account management
- Great customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Willing to learn new products and services
- Organised and flexible
- Autonomous and able to use own initiative to make decisions
- Starting salary of £27,000 - £35,000 dependant on experience
