SMT Operator – The Electronics Group Ltd
Salary: 30k – 34k (negotiable, relocation package available for the right candidate)
Location: Bridgwater, England, United Kingdom
Hours: Mon‑Thurs 8‑5pm, Fri 8‑2.30pm
Uniform: provided with ESD shoes and T‑shirts only
Parking: Onsite.
Responsibilities
- General running and maintenance of the Surface Mount Machines
- Correct and safe use of printing equipment, reflow oven and automated optical inspection machine (AOI)
- Meet company targets in production and quality
- Continual improvement of Surface Mount productivity
- SMT experience required; further training provided for knowledge gaps
- Work to tight deadlines while maintaining high accuracy
- Reliable, conscientious and hard working
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferential
- Ability to work as part of a team
The ideal candidate for the Surface Mount Operator role will have at least 1 year’s experience within an SMT production environment.
