We’re on the search for a junior salesperson to be the first person to start selling our latest product - The Charge Scheme. Launched in 2025, access to The Charge Scheme allows drivers to pay for their charge from their gross pay, saving them £000s a year. You will be tasked with reaching out to drivers with access to The Charge Scheme already, but who haven’t yet started to use it.

Bigger picture - you will be joining a highly ambitious tech start-up at the forefront of the sustainability space. As part of a dynamic and high-performance team, you will receive a structured onboarding and ongoing training, career development and mentorship. Our goal is to provide a clear development plan, fast progression and a kick-start to your sales career.

The Electric Car Scheme, part of Net Zero Choices, is committed to accelerating the transition to electric vehicles by removing barriers such as price, complexity, and lack of information. By making EV leasing more accessible, the company is driving meaningful progress toward a net-zero future.

What you bring to the role:

  • At least 6-12 months in a customer facing role, exceeding expectations and delivering a 5* service.
  • Sales experience would be of preference but not a must.
  • Exposure to the automotive, charging or renewable energy industries would be of preference but not a must.
  • You’re driven and eager to build a career in sales.
  • You’re great with people, able to connect with our customers and motivated by delivering 5* customer service.
  • You’re ambitious for yourself and eager to learn.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • You are passionate about what you do!

What you’ll be doing:

  • You’ll join our EV Specialist team - an energetic, dynamic team with a focus on customer results and high performance.
  • You will help customers choose the right option for them and support them through the process.
  • In this role, you’ll receive targeted leads - your customers will be interested in our product and hearing about our latest product.
  • With our training, you’ll become a true product expert, giving you the confidence to deliver a first-class service.
  • Follow your development plan to kick-start your career.

Location: Hayes, London (2 days in office per week)

Compensation: £25,000 base £7,000 incentive £32,000 OTE
