Talent acquisition at the Electoral Commission is evolving and this is an opportunity to help shape its future. We’re looking for an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Adviser to join our growing People & Culture team at an exciting point in our organisational journey.
This role combines hands-on recruitment delivery with strategic influence. You’ll lead complex and high-impact recruitment campaigns across the organisation while contributing to workforce planning, employer branding, recruitment transformation and improving candidate experience.
You’ll work closely with senior leaders and hiring managers, helping attract diverse, high-performing talent into a nationally important organisation that supports trust and confidence in democracy across the UK. The role also offers the opportunity to deputise for the Talent Acquisition Manager, providing leadership support and helping shape the future direction of the Talent Acquisition function.
We’re looking for someone who is confident leading complex recruitment activity, building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and bringing ideas that improve how Talent Acquisition operates. You’ll likely enjoy working in environments that are evolving and changing, and be motivated by the opportunity to shape modern, inclusive and insight-led recruitment practices.
You may already have experience contributing to workforce planning, recruitment transformation, employer branding or improving candidate experience, and you’ll be someone who combines strong delivery with curiosity, sound judgement and a continuous improvement mindset.
