The predicted salary is between 24000 - 28000 £ per year.

Basis : Permanent, Full time 36 hours per week A £312 tax-free working from home allowance is also payable annually.

Location: Belfast, Cardiff, Edinburgh or Remote (UK) (Regular travel between devolved offices (Belfast, Cardiff and Edinburgh) will be required

About the role As a Facilities Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring our office environments across our devolved locations are safe, efficient and fit for purpose.

You will support a wide range of activities including health and safety compliance, facilities contractor management, and business continuity planning.

This role has a specific regional focus, covering our offices in Belfast, Cardiff and Edinburgh, as well as supporting our home workers.

You will act as the primary point of contact for facilities-related matters across these locations, building strong relationships with colleagues, suppliers and landlords to deliver a high-quality, responsive service.

You will be expected to travel between office locations as required, ensuring a consistent and effective facilities service across all sites.
