You will provide visible leadership across our residential services, ensuring residents receive outstanding person-centred support while maintaining the highest standards of quality, compliance and governance.
Leading a dedicated management structure, including the Deputy Care Manager and wider residential teams, you will be responsible for:

- Ensuring compliance with CIW regulations, Social Care Wales requirements and organisational standards.
- Leading quality assurance, audits, service improvement initiatives and governance activity.

- Significant experience within residential care and care management environments.
- Strong knowledge of CIW requirements, safeguarding and regulatory compliance.
- Experience managing teams, supervising staff and developing others.
- Excellent communication, organisational and leadership skills.
