Overview:

An amazing opportunity to the Maintenance team at The Edwardian Manchester Hotel as a Maintenance Assistant.
-
In this role you will maintain the hotel on a daily basis to ensure its effective running. This will include performing all basic maintenance tasks as requested by guests in room or by other hotel heads of department.

You will coordinate and prioritise repair-maintenance orders and planned maintenance orders.

You will check all work you have completed before signing it off as complete.

You will ensure that you always adhere to all regulatory and safety standards as legally required.
About You:
-
You must possessive current hotel maintenance experience.
-
Be fully aware of Health and safety procedures.
-
Understand the requirements for effective water management.
-
Have knowledge of Environmental EHO acknowledgment.
-
Able to perform electrical, plumbing, decoration and carpentry tasks.

Understands basic housekeeping processes and procedures.
-
Works well with others and understands the value of teamwork.
