Overview
Support day‑to‑day HR operations, ensuring a seamless and supportive host experience.
- Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and induction for all departments.
- Deliver and support training programmes that enhance skills, service standards, and compliance.
- Support Learning & Development Administration for the London properties.
- Maintain accurate HR records and support payroll and reporting.
- Be a trusted point of contact for hosts, offering guidance with professionalism and discretion.
- Support engagement initiatives that strengthen our culture of excellence.
About You
- Experience in HR or training within hospitality or a similar fast‑paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for people.
- A proactive, organised approach with exceptional attention to detail.
- Confidence delivering training and supporting managers.
- A warm, approachable manner aligned with five‑star service values.
