We are currently recruiting for Floor Manager to join Peter Street Kitchen team at The Edwardian Manchester Hotel. As Floor Manager, you will lead the restaurant operation on the floor, ensuring service excellence, team engagement, and the highest standards of hospitality at all times. You will be a visible leader, inspiring your team to exceed guest expectations while driving operational efficiency and commercial performance. Overview:
- Lead and manage daily floor operations to ensure seamless service delivery.

About You:
- Previous experience as a Floor Manager, Assistant Restaurant Manager, or similar leadership role within a high-volume premium or luxury restaurant.
- Passion for food, beverage, and delivering outstanding guest experiences.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to motivate diverse teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Commercially aware with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
