We are currently recruiting for a Commis Waiter / Waitress for our 5 Star The Edwardian Manchester Hotel, A Radisson Collection Hotel and its destination restaurant Peter Street Kitchen. This role is available on a full time basis for 40 hours per week.

Overview:

• An amazing opportunity to join the Food and Beverage team at The Edwardian Manchester Hotel.
• As a Commis Waiter/Waitress you will be working in a fast-paced operation where service and standards are at the forefront of the Kitchen restaurants and our brand standards.
• You will be a key link between the kitchen and front of house teams ensuring that all food is brought from the kitchen to the restaurant timely and that the dining guests receive a high level of customer service.
• You will be knowledgeable about the restaurant menu so that you are able to answer questions and make recommendations should it be asked of you.
• As a Commis Waiter/Waitress you will be competent with applications such as Open table, Adecco and Micros and are able to achieve a 100% pass mark in Micros competency tests.

About You:

• Previous front of house waiting experience of working in a high-end food led operation is preferred, however training can be provided.
• Demonstrates excellent attention to detail and customer service skills.
• Impeccable command of the English language both written and spoken.
• Passion for food and beverage and keeping up to date with latest food trends.
