We are currently recruiting a Commis Waiter/Waitress for our 5-star The Edwardian Manchester Hotel, a Radisson Collection Hotel, and its destination restaurant, Peter Street Kitchen.

Overview:

• An exciting opportunity to join the Food and Beverage team at The Edwardian Manchester Hotel.
• Work in a fast-paced environment where service standards are paramount.
• Serve as a key link between kitchen and front of house, ensuring timely food delivery and high customer service standards.
• Be knowledgeable about the menu to answer questions and make recommendations.
• Proficiency with applications such as OpenTable, Adecco, and Micros, with a requirement to pass Micros competency tests.

About You:

• Previous front of house experience in a high-end, food-led operation is preferred but training is available.
• Excellent attention to detail and customer service skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Passion for food and beverages, with awareness of current food trends.
