The predicted salary is between 20000 - 25000 £ per year.
We are looking for an individual who:
- has experience of working with children of all ages
- has experience of working with a range of special educational needs including ADHD, ASD, PDA, SLCN and children who are pre-verbal
- has experience of carrying out targeted interventions, working from EHCPs and with external professionals
- has a positive attitude and who is flexible and able to adapt to different situations
- has initiative, is practical, positive, warm, and compassionate and is able to support children academically, socially and emotionally
- is hard working, energetic, enthusiastic and who will support our values and Christian ethos
- has the ability to support children’s academic, social and emotional development in all Key Stages (EYFS to Year 6)
- is able to develop positive relationships with pupils, having an understanding of their social and emotional needs
- is able to remain calm when met with a variety of challenges
