This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and resilient Primary Teaching Assistant to join The Education Specialists, part of the Operam Education Group. We are looking for individuals who can provide high-quality classroom support and create a positive, inclusive learning environment for all pupils. As a Primary Teaching Assistant, you'll play a key role in delivering one-to-one support, small group interventions, and assisting teachers across EYFS, KS1, and KS2.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide classroom support across EYFS, KS1, and KS2
- Work one-to-one and with small groups to deliver targeted learning interventions
- Support pupils with SEND and additional learning needs
- Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to promote a positive learning environment
- Implement effective behaviour management strategies
- Encourage and assist pupils to complete classroom tasks and develop confidence
