The Education Specialists are seeking a passionate and resilient Teaching Assistant to work as part of the SEND department of a mainstream secondary school in Wallasey. The ideal candidate would be an experienced teaching assistant and will be confident in supporting children with learning difficulties, complex needs, challenging behaviour and ASD.

The school has provision for pupils aged 11-16 years old who have an education, health, and care plan (EHCP) that reflects their special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).
Supporting teaching and learning in the classroom, you will be fully committed and be able to fully support the children individually to help them overcome their challenges and engage in learning, helping pupils to break down barriers to learning, and achieve a positive outcome.
