We are looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our supportive and forward-thinking team, working with students aged 11–16 who have Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
About the Role
As a Teaching Assistant in our SEMH provision, you will:
* Support young people in overcoming barriers to learning, both in and out of the classroom
* Build positive, trusting relationships with students to help them feel safe, understood, and valued
* Work closely with teachers and pastoral staff to deliver tailored support and interventions
* Encourage and model positive behaviour, resilience, and emotional regulation
* Contribute to a nurturing, inclusive learning environment where every child can succeed
