The Education Specialists are delighted to be working together with The Learning Partnership Trust recruiting a Secondary Maths Teacher for a well-regarded secondary school in Congleton, rated ‘Good’ by Ofsted.
This is a full-time, long-term position, delivering lessons at Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4).
The school has a strong behaviour policy in place and a supportive senior leadership team, making it an excellent environment for a Secondary Maths Teacher looking for a consistent role in Congleton.

Secondary Maths Teacher role requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching across Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4)
- Ability to deliver lessons across a range of subjects
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- Flexible and adaptable approach to teaching
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil wellbeing
- Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply through The Education Specialists
The successful Secondary Maths Teacher will
- Deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects
- Adapt teaching to suit different classroom environments
- Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
- Ensure pupils remain engaged and on task
- Provide feedback to teaching staff on pupil progress and behaviour
- Build positive relationships with pupils and staff
