About the Role
We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Residential Support Workers to join a children’s care home in the Shillingstone (DT11) area. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young people by providing high-quality care, support, and guidance within a safe and nurturing environment. This role offers a variety of shifts, and we are particularly looking for individuals who can demonstrate flexibility across days, evenings, weekends, and sleep-in shifts where required.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day care and emotional support to children and young people
