The Education Specialists are proud to be working in partnership with a large, well-established specialist SEND provision in Greater Manchester to recruit a SEND Teacher. The role is to start on a supply basis from September 2026, with strong potential to become permanent for the right candidate.

The Role Responsibilities include:

  • Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to students with complex SEND needs.
  • Work flexibly across different cohorts, depending on the needs of the setting.
  • Support students’ academic, social, and emotional development, preparing them for adulthood.

The Ideal Candidate Will:

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Have experience working with students with SEND, ideally within specialist or alternative provision settings.
  • Be passionate about inclusion and improving outcomes for young people with additional needs.
