The Education Specialists are proud to be working in partnership with a large, well-established specialist SEND provision in Greater Manchester to recruit a SEND Teacher. The role is to start on a supply basis from September 2026, with strong potential to become permanent for the right candidate.
The Role Responsibilities include:
- Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to students with complex SEND needs.
- Work flexibly across different cohorts, depending on the needs of the setting.
- Support students’ academic, social, and emotional development, preparing them for adulthood.
The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Have experience working with students with SEND, ideally within specialist or alternative provision settings.
- Be passionate about inclusion and improving outcomes for young people with additional needs.
