The Education Specialists are pleased to be partnering with an inclusive secondary setting in South Manchester to recruit a versatile and committed Core Subjects Teacher (QTS) for a permanent role. This role involves delivering a range of core subjects (English, Maths, and Science) to students who benefit from a more tailored and supportive approach to learning.

The Role

  • Deliver a broad core curriculum adapted to meet SEN needs
  • Provide consistent and structured learning for small groups or individuals
  • Support students with a range of additional needs including ASD, ADHD, and SEMH
  • Work closely with support staff and external professionals
  • Monitor and support individual progress and development

The Ideal Candidate

  • Holds QTS with experience across one or more core subjects
  • Has strong SEN experience or a passion for inclusive education
  • Is flexible, adaptable, and student-focused
  • Builds strong relationships with learners
