The Education Specialists are looking for a School Administrator to join one of our Liverpool schools. As a School Administrator, you will be responsible for the day to day running of the school office, providing support in a number of areas ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the school reception. Duties include, but not limited to – * Complete front desk reception duties, including greeting visitors and answering calls * Liasing and reporting to the office manager, school business manager and the headteacher in some instances * Access and manage student records using the in house system * Assist with attendance records and maintaining accurate pupil data * Coordinate meetings, appointments, and school events * Support with administrative needs of school staff, such as photocopying, filing, data entry and all other correspondence To be considered for this role, you will need – * Previous experience as a School Administrator or within a similar environment is essential * SIMS experience * Willingness to adapt and learn * Ability to work in a fast paced environment * Abilitiy to work alone but also as part of a fast paced team * Proficient Microsoft Office skills A full enhanced DBS is required for this role, which can be done through ourselves.
