The Education Specialists are looking for a School Administrator to join our Liverpool schools in Fazakerley. As a School Administrator, you will be responsible for the day to day running of the school office, providing support in a number of areas ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the school reception.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Complete front desk reception duties, including greeting visitors and answering calls
- Liaising and reporting to the office manager, school business manager and the headteacher in some instances
- Access and manage student records using the in-house system
- Assist with attendance records and maintaining accurate pupil data
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and school events
- Support with administrative needs of school staff, such as photocopying, filing, data entry and all other correspondence
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- Previous experience as a School Administrator or within a similar environment is essential
- SIMS experience
- Willingness to adapt and learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work alone but also as part of a fast-paced team
- Proficient Microsoft Office skills
A full enhanced DBS is required for this role, which can be done through ourselves. If you do have an enhanced DBS then this will need to be on the update service. This is a temp to perm role with a view to become permanent for the right candidate. Hours of work for this role are Monday to Friday 7.30am to 3.30pm.
