The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 £ per year.

As a School Administrator, you will be responsible for the day to day running of the school office, providing support in a number of areas ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the school reception.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Complete front desk reception duties, including greeting visitors and answering calls
  • Liaising and reporting to the office manager, school business manager and the headteacher in some instances
  • Access and manage student records using the in-house system
  • Assist with attendance records and maintaining accurate pupil data
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and school events
  • Support with administrative needs of school staff, such as photocopying, filing, data entry and all other correspondence

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience as a School Administrator or within a similar environment is essential
  • SIMS experience
  • Arbor experience
  • Willingness to adapt and learn
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work alone but also as part of a fast-paced team
  • Proficient Microsoft Office skills
