Primary Teacher

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Primary School Teacher to join our vibrant learning community. You will play a key role in delivering a well-rounded curriculum while fostering a love of learning in each child. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans in alignment with the national curriculum. * Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports student development. * Monitor and assess student progress through observation, tests, and reporting. * Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers to discuss student progress and well-being. * Create and maintain an organized, stimulating classroom that encourages student participation. * Adapt teaching strategies to accommodate diverse learning needs and styles. * Promote values of respect, responsibility, and resilience in daily classroom interactions. * Collaborate with colleagues, support staff, and leadership in school-wide initiatives. * Participate in professional development and contribute to the school community. Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field (desired). * Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching certification. (essential) * Proven experience teaching at the primary school level (preferred). * Strong knowledge of child development and best teaching practices. * Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. * Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. Desirable Skills: * Experience with differentiated instruction and inclusive teaching. * Proficiency in using technology to support learning. * Enthusiasm for extracurricular involvement and whole-school events
