As a key staffing partner, all agency recruitment for the Trust will now be managed through TES, giving you exclusive access to a wide range of opportunities. We are currently recruiting SEN Teachers to support both Primary and Secondary specialist provisions across the Trust.

About the Role
You will be teaching pupils with a variety of additional needs, including:
- Autism (ASC)
- ADHD
- SEMH (Social, Emotional & Mental Health)
- PMLD / Complex Needs
- Challenging behaviour
Support structures are strong across the Trust, with experienced TAs and leadership teams in place.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging, tailored lessons to meet individual needs
- Manage behaviour effectively using positive strategies
- Track and support progress against EHCP targets
- Work collaboratively with SENCOs and wider staff teams
- Foster a safe, inclusive learning environment
What We’re Looking For
- QTS (or equivalent teaching qualification)
- SEN or alternative provision experience (preferred)
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- Adaptable, resilient, and proactive attitude
- Passion for making a difference in SEND education
