The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 £ per year.

As a School Administrator, you will be responsible for the day to day running of the school office, providing support in a number of areas ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the school reception.

  • Complete front desk reception duties, including greeting visitors and answering calls.
  • Liaising and reporting to the office manager, school business manager and the headteacher in some instances.
  • Access and manage student records using the in house system.
  • Assist with attendance records and maintaining accurate pupil data.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and school events.
  • Support with administrative needs of school staff, such as photocopying, filing, data entry and all other correspondence.

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience as a School Administrator or within a similar environment is essential.
  • SIMS experience.
  • Arbor experience.
  • Willingness to adapt and learn.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Ability to work alone but also as part of a fast paced team.
  • Proficient Microsoft Office skills.
  • A full enhanced DBS is required for this role, which can be done through ourselves.
