The predicted salary is between 30000 - 42000 Β£ per year.
As a School Administrator, you will be responsible for the day to day running of the school office, providing support in a number of areas ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the school reception.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Complete front desk reception duties, including greeting visitors and answering calls
- Liaising and reporting to the office manager, school business manager and the headteacher in some instances
- Access and manage student records using the in house system
- Assist with attendance records and maintaining accurate pupil data
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and school events
- Support with administrative needs of school staff, such as photocopying, filing, data entry and all other correspondence
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- Previous experience as a School Administrator or within a similar environment is essential
- SIMS experience
- Arbor experience
- Willingness to adapt and learn
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work alone but also as part of a fast paced team
- Proficient Microsoft Office skills
A full enhanced DBS is required for this role, which can be done through ourselves.
