The Education Specialists are looking for experienced school administrators for various schools across Liverpool on a temporary basis.

Duties:

  • Covering reception and providing vital administration for the school.
  • Welcoming visitors, managing phone calls and emails.
  • Utilizing MIS systems (e.g., SIMS, Bromcom, Arbor).

Hours of work: This will vary school to school. All will be between a Monday and a Friday. Can be 5 hours - 8 hours per day.

Duration: Some roles will be needed on a day by day, week by week basis temporarily. Some roles can be temp to perm.

Pay rate: Varies between £14.25 per hour and £16.00 per hour.

Requirements for the role:

  • SIMS or Arbor experience.
  • Excellent communication.
  • Previous administration within a school.

*** Please note - all roles within a school require an enhanced DBS certificate ideally to be on the update service. An in-date safeguarding certificate would be beneficial.
