Work from home while supporting the next generation of Early Years professionals! We are recruiting an experienced Early Years Tutor Assessor for a well-established training provider. The role is home-based with travel to nursery settings across Merseyside for assessments and observations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver and assess Early Years Apprenticeships Levels 2, 3, and ideally Level 5
- Conduct workplace observations within nursery settings
- Deliver remote learning and one-to-one tutorials
- Complete assessments, progress reviews, and learner tracking
- Maintain OneFile portfolios
- Deliver and assess Functional Skills Maths, English, ICT up to Level 2
- Support learners through End Point Assessment
- Work with nursery managers and mentors
- Ensure accurate learner documentation and compliance
Essential Requirements:
- Assessor qualification: D32/D33, A1, TAQA, or CAVA (or working towards)
- Teaching qualification: Level 3 or 4 Certificate in Education and Training (or equivalent)
- Minimum Level 3 Childcare qualification
- Experience delivering Early Years Apprenticeships Levels 2 & 3; Level 5 desirable
- Experience delivering Functional Skills up to Level 2
- Strong occupational competence in Early Years
- IT & admin skills, full UK driving licence + vehicle
