We are looking for a Higher-Level Teaching Assistant to work alongside our amazing staff team and support some very vulnerable pupils. The most important thing we are looking for is someone who is empathetic and nurturing, someone who is able to see behaviour as a form of communication and who genuinely enjoys being part of a team.
The role will be well supported by the Head of School and Assistant Head of School, but it does also require someone who can work independently and confidently when delivering the curriculum. The post will involve delivering ASDAN at KS4, but the role will predominantly focus on working with our KS3 pupils.
This is an amazing opportunity to work with like-minded people with the opportunity to progress to a permanent role. This is a full-time long-term position, Monday to Friday.
