Exciting New Partnership – SEN Teachers Required
The Education Specialists (TES) are proud to announce a newly established partnership with a large Multi Academy Trust across the Salford and surrounding areas. We are now actively recruiting passionate and dedicated SEN Teachers to support a range of Primary and Secondary specialist provisions within the Trust.
This is a fantastic opportunity to either:
- Secure a long-term placement within one school, or
- Work flexibly across multiple schools within the Trust, gaining a breadth of experience
About the Role
You will be working with pupils who have a range of additional needs, which may include:
- Autism (ASC)
- ADHD
- SEMH (Social, Emotional & Mental Health)
- PMLD / Complex Needs
- Behavioural challenges
Roles are available across both Primary and Secondary settings, with varying class sizes and support structures in place.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual needs
- Create a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
- Implement behaviour management strategies effectively
- Work collaboratively with support staff, SENCOs, and wider school teams
- Monitor and track pupil progress in line with EHCP targets
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS or equivalent)
- Experience working within SEN or alternative provisions (preferred but not essential for strong candidates)
- Strong behaviour management skills
- A flexible, resilient, and proactive approach
- Passion for supporting pupils with additional needs
