The Education Specialist (TES) is working in partnership with a well-regarded secondary school in Wallasey to recruit a Business Studies Teacher for a 1-year fixed term contract starting in September 2025. This is a part-time role (4 days per week) and will include some KS3 Computing cover alongside a core Business Studies timetable.
About the Role:
- Teach Business Studies across KS4 and KS5 (where applicable)
- Deliver some Computing lessons at KS3 level to support departmental cover
- Plan and deliver high-quality, engaging lessons
- Monitor student progress and contribute to department planning
- Work collaboratively within a supportive and forward-thinking team
Who We’re Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK
- Experience teaching Business Studies (KS4 required; KS5 desirable)
- Confidence delivering basic Computing lessons at Key Stage 3
- Passionate about developing students’ business acumen and digital literacy
- ECTs and experienced teachers are both encouraged to apply
