We are recruiting confident and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTAs) for flexible supply and cover roles in primary schools across the Wirral. These positions support teaching and learning across EYFS, KS1, and KS2.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher.
- Support teaching and learning across the primary curriculum.
- Work with individuals, small groups, and whole classes.
- Assist with planning, preparation, and assessment.
- Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
- Provide targeted academic and pastoral support.
Who Can Apply
- HLTA qualification or equivalent experience in a similar role.
- Confidence in delivering lessons independently.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
