We are looking to appoint a dedicated Assistant Headteacher / SENCO to join our senior leadership team. This specialist SEND school in Warwickshire supports children and young people with a range of special educational needs in a nurturing, structured and inclusive learning environment.
As Assistant Headteacher / SENCO you will play a key role in the strategic leadership of SEND provision across the school, working closely with the Headteacher and wider leadership team to ensure high‑quality teaching and outstanding support for pupils with additional needs.
Job Role- Supporting the Headteacher and Deputy Headteacher in the strategic leadership and development of the school.
- Overseeing EHCPs, annual reviews and personalised learning plans.
- Supporting staff with SEND strategies, interventions and best practice.
