Our partnering trauma-informed school in Northumberland is seeking a Qualified Teacher to join their dedicated team. Role Overview

  • Deliver personalised and engaging lessons to pupils with SEMH needs
  • Use trauma-informed, attachment-aware approaches in the classroom
  • Build positive, trusting relationships and provide consistent emotional support
  • Work collaboratively with support staff and school leaders
  • Create a safe, stable and predictable environment to help pupils regulate and succeed

We’re Looking For

  • QTS (essential)
  • Experience working in SEMH, PRU or trauma-informed settings (desirable)
  • A nurturing, patient and reflective teaching style
  • Strong communication and behaviour-regulation skills
  • Someone who is resilient, adaptable and able to meet a wide range of needs
