The Education Network is looking to recruit a number of enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to join our supply pool and work in a variety of primary schools across Leeds and surrounding areas. We are seeking Teaching Assistants who are passionate about supporting pupils’ learning and development, working closely with class teachers, and making a positive impact within school communities. Roles are available across EYFS, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2, with opportunities to suit your availability, experience, and career aspirations. Whether you are an experienced Teaching Assistant, a recent graduate considering a career in education, or looking to gain more classroom experience, we would love to hear from you.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience working with children in a school or educational setting (desirable)
- A caring, patient, and supportive approach
- Ability to support pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility, reliability, and professionalism
- Experience supporting EYFS, KS1, or KS2 pupils (all levels considered)
